Due to a temporary issue with the Gcoin crediting system, some players were affected during the Consumption Event period, which may have impacted their ability to complete the required cumulative spending tiers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To ensure fairness, we will implement the following compensation plan:

Regardless of the amount of Gcoin recharged or when it was credited, as long as a player’s cumulative consumption during the period of June 12, 00:00 to June 19, 24:00 reaches 34,000 Gcoin (8,500 × 4), the corresponding event rewards will be manually issued.

No additional action is required from players. Eligible rewards will be distributed after verification.

Important Notes:

1. This compensation only applies to the 4-Day Consecutive Consumption Event and does not apply to the Daily Consumption Event.

2. Accounts that have already claimed the Consecutive Consumption Event rewards between June 12 and June 18 will not be eligible for this compensation.

3. Rewards will be distributed within 3 business days after verification.
