Players who encounter this issue may experience problems when launching or running the game after the installation or update.

For the time being, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Temporary Workaround

While we work on the issue, please follow the steps below if you are experiencing related problems:

1. Close the VFUN Launcher completely.

2. Download the following file:

3. Once downloaded, double-click the C9-GL.reg file to execute it.

4. Reopen the VFUN Launcher.

5. Update C9 Global through the launcher.

6. Launch the game and check if the issue has been resolved.

We recommend following these steps, especially for players who recently performed an installation of C9GL or are experiencing missing display elements, task/event issues, settings issues, or other abnormal client behavior.
