Crediting Process

For users affected during the June 14–16 period, your transaction data has been securely recorded. The missing Gcoins will be automatically credited to your account within the next 1-3 days. No additional action is required at this time.

If your Gcoin balance has not been corrected after the 3-day processing period, kindly contact our Customer Support team and provide your account details for further assistance.
