■ Unable to Log into the Game

 

If you are unable to log in to the game, please try the following steps.

1. Launch the Pmang Launcher.
2. Click the light blue "File Check (ファイルチェック)" button located below the "Start Game (ゲームスタート)" button.
3. Wait for the file check progress bar to complete fully (reach 100%).
4. Click "Start Game (ゲームスタート)" again to restart the game.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please check the following:

• Close all other applications that may conflict with GameGuard.
• Check whether your antivirus software or firewall is mistakenly flagging ClubMStar as a malicious program (false positive).
• Try logging in using a different web browser.
• Make sure Windows Update, your graphics card drivers, and DirectX are all updated to the latest versions.
