As we announced on May 29, we will be removing free candies from inactive users during the update maintenance on September 3.

We are providing this advance notice to all of you.

▶ About the free candy deletion operation

We will be optimizing the “Free Candy” held by inactive characters that have not been played for a long time.

Paid candies obtained from purchases made with Cash, such as muffins or candy pouchs, are not eligible.

Goods subject to processing	[Event] Candy, [Magic] Candy
processing target criterion	Inactive characters with no login history for more than three months
Date of Processing	Starting with the scheduled maintenance on September 3, 2026, during weekly scheduled maintenance
