Not only my ticket got responded 15 late but also it was an AI response. I have been trying to get in contact for 2 weeks in different platforms as well but the management team are not responding. This is my final resort. I have to share my problem in here.

Please stop using AI to response the tickets and fix our issues. Hire more people who are qualified to READ and TAKE ACTION instead of using AI. We are not paying for an AI company we are paying for a game/ entertainment company to get quality service.

Nothing is getting fixed and im at my wills end. I have been robbed out of the event,fishing,gardening,daily log in, staying online, music collection and weekly rewards.

This is a breach of customer support that cannot be tolorated.
