A.V.A HISTORY — EPISODE 02
A.V.A Goes Global — 2008–2009
A.V.A had made its first mark in Korea.
But the battlefield was only beginning to expand.
After establishing itself in its home country, Alliance of Valiant Arms began reaching players beyond Korea, bringing its tactical FPS experience to new regions and communities.
The first major step came in 2008, when A.V.A expanded into Japan.
For the first time, a new community outside Korea was preparing to enter the battlefield.
New players.
New clans.
New rivalries.
New stories.
And A.V.A was just getting started.
The Japanese Battlefield
In 2008, A.V.A entered the Japanese market, opening another chapter in its growing history.
The game attracted attention as a high-end online FPS, particularly for its visuals, Unreal Engine 3 technology, and team-based combat.
Later that year, A.V.A entered service in Japan, opening another battlefield for a new community of players.
Players began forming their own communities, developing strategies, mastering weapons, and creating memories of their own.
But A.V.A wasn't stopping there.
🌎 A.V.A Reaches the West
In 2009, A.V.A continued its international expansion, reaching North America.
This was another major milestone for the game.
A.V.A was no longer simply a Korean FPS.
It was becoming an international title.
Players from different regions were now discovering the same three roles:
Pointman.
Fast and aggressive.
Rifleman.
Reliable and versatile.
Sniper.
Patient and precise.
They were discovering the same weapons.
The same missions.
The same maps.
And the same war between the EU and NRF.
But each region would create its own community and its own A.V.A story.
👥 A Growing Community
As more regions joined the battlefield, A.V.A became more than just a game.
Players started forming clans.
Friends began playing together.
Rivalries started to develop.
And competitive players began looking for opportunities to prove themselves.
The battlefield was getting bigger.
And with every new region, thousands of new stories were being created.
From Korea…
to Japan…
to North America…
A.V.A was reaching a new generation of players around the world.
🏆 A Global Battlefield
What began in Korea in 2007 had, in just a few years, reached players across multiple regions.
Different languages.
Different communities.
Different players.
But one game.
Alliance of Valiant Arms.
And as A.V.A continued to grow, players began to discover that there was more to the game than simply winning a match.
There was a war behind it.
A story behind every operation.
And two forces standing on opposite sides of the battlefield.
🇪🇺 European Union
vs.
🇷🇺 Neo-Russian Federation
The world of A.V.A was about to become much bigger.
