ORVVIT

Dear Warriors,

Thank you very much for your continued support of our services!

In the May reward event, the G Coin rewards were originally set in the system to expire after 14 days. However, due to a misstatement in the announcement, they were mistakenly indicated as valid for 30 days, which caused confusion for some users. We sincerely apologize for this issue.

To address this, we will reissue the expired G Coin rewards to users who were affected by the discrepancy between the initially stated and actual expiration periods. The reissued rewards will be valid for 15 days from the date of reissuance.

We will use this incident as an opportunity to strengthen our internal review process and ensure more accurate and consistent communication moving forward. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support, and we will continue striving to earn your trust.

If you encounter any issues in the game or have suggestions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Thank you once again for your support and love for Bless Unleashed.

Sincerely,
The VALOFE Bless Unleashed Team
