I’ve been a loyal C9 player since my childhood, but I’m facing a serious issue that still hasn’t been resolved. My 24,717 Gcoins were originally spent in Lost Saga Origin — a game I have never played and that isn’t even accessible from my region. I reported it immediately, and Lost Saga Support told me the accounts were banned and that my refund was “under approval.” They also claimed my account was fully disconnected from Lost Saga Origin. Yet today, it happened again. Another 2,180 Gcoins were spent in Lost Saga Origin even though my account is supposedly no longer linked to that game. This makes it 100% clear that the issue is unauthorized access, not anything I did. Despite all of this:

• I still received no refund nor a COMPENSATION

• No proper explanation,

• And no real solution from either support team.

Kayeous tells me to contact Lost Saga. Lost Saga stopped replying, or caring at this point!!! Meanwhile, I have lost nearly 280 USD to unauthorized usage, and my account continues to be affected.

I’m sharing this publicly because I genuinely love this game, but no player should lose this much money and be left without answers or protection. All I want is a proper investigation and a fair resolution, and compensation of my loss.

Do I really need to take this into a court and deal it from there? Your player's money is nothing to you?

Its literaly a joke that I am chasing the GM's for an issiue that I have no control over it
