ORVVIT

To provide a safer and more secure gaming environment in C9 (Continent of the Ninth Seal), the VFUN Security Authentication feature has been implemented.

We strongly encourage all players to configure their security settings to protect their accounts, valuable equipment, and in-game items from unauthorized access.

Why Is This Important?

C9 includes an Item Protection System that requires a Secondary Password. If a secondary password has not been configured, the protection system will remain active, and certain game features will be restricted to safeguard your account.

In addition, players are given 5 attempts to enter the correct secondary password. After 5 consecutive incorrect attempts, the security system will automatically lock access for 24 hours before another attempt can be made.

Restricted Features Without a Secondary Password

If the secondary password is not set up, the following features may be unavailable:

Items
Trading with other players
Trading with NPCs
Discarding or destroying items
Enhancing, dismantling, or refining equipment
Storing or retrieving items from Guild, Personal, or Account Warehouses
Listing items in the Trading Office
Sending items through Mail attachments
Community
Changing Guild Titles
Leaving a Guild
Deleting Characters
Character Functions
Adding Character Points
Purchasing Cash Shop items

These restrictions are designed to prevent unauthorized transactions, item loss, and account misuse.

How to Set Up Your Secondary Password

Setting up your secondary password only takes a few minutes:

1. Log in to the game.
2. Click the Security Icon located in the upper-right corner of the game screen.
3. Enter and register a unique secondary password that is difficult for others to guess.
4. Set and save your security question and answer.
5. Complete the verification process by re-entering your secondary password.

Once registration and verification are completed successfully, the Item Protection System restrictions will be removed, and all game features will become available normally.

Protect Your Account Today

Setting up a secondary password is one of the most effective ways to protect your account and ensure a secure gaming experience.
