[Announcement] CBT OpenID Access Issue Compensation Form

Hi Dancers!
This is for Closed Beta Test (CBT) participants, we will be needing to collect your information regarding the OpenID access Issue!
If you experienced OpenID access problems during the CBT, but then took the following steps:
• Created a VFUN account
• Received a new CBT code
• Successfully logged in during the CBT using your new VFUN ID
We will provide compensation for these users who experienced this problem and were able to login to the CBT after getting the new access codes.
