First, I have completed the quest shown in the attached screenshot multiple times, but it still shows as incomplete in my quest log. It seems to be completely bugged.

Secondly, for the past two days, I have been unable to enter my in-game house due to another bug. Because I couldn't get inside my house, all of my plants have withered and died.

I wanted to ask if there will be any compensation or a fix for the withered plants, as this happened entirely due to a game bug and was out of my control.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into my account and help resolve these issues.
