This is even worse than giving away the Grand New M house. What were you thinking when you decided to give away the Salt Desert house as a free event reward?

Many players have supported the game and spent real money to obtain that house. Do you think this is how you should treat your players? Who would want to spend money on this game anymore if simply waiting a little longer means they can get so many things for free?

A smarter decision would have been to include at least two exclusive houses as options. Instead, you're forcing players to choose the Salt Desert house, leaving them with no meaningful alternative. Isn't that unfair to the players who actually spent money to get it?

Let me make one thing clear: you will never win the players' hearts this way. No matter what you do, players will continue to criticize you because you have never truly understood what it's like to be a player, and you never seem to consider how your decisions affect the people who support your game.

You can't expect players to keep supporting your game when your decisions make their time, money, and loyalty feel worthless.
