I have been trying to contact you guys about the missing rewards for the New Constellation event that ended on September 3. It's been a month! I sent 2 tickets and many messages on Discord, and still no reward whatsoever. The first response to my ticket was laughable; you guys didn't even read what the problem was and sent a random response! What is the point of asking me to send another ticket with the info about what the problem is and what was missing, when the first ticket I sent (the one you responded to!) talked about the exact same things?!

I finally received a response to the ticket on September 29, saying all of my rewards would be sent soon, but still nothing. Please investigate this already and send me all my missing rewards. This shouldn't be so hard! We, as players, are not asking you to reinvent computers or coding; just do your jobs, and that would be enough...

I will write the rewards I was supposed to get once again because apparently people need help with the rewards they decided on in the first place:
