Hello GMs,

(Posting here in case 1:1 ticket checking will take months and you are gonna replace server memory on Scheduled Temporary Maintenance September 15th, 2026.)

I tried to buy "Purikura Street Jacket - Yellow Leopard" for 7 days using "[M] 50% Discount Coupon", which I recently got from my VIP, and I got "Purchase failed due to payment error. Please try again, and if it persists, contact 1:1 support." window.
I tried using the second coupon from VIP and got "Coupon use failed." window.
I had 3 expired coupons from "[Fashion Day 50% Discount Coupon] Distribution date : September 12, 2026 (Sat) 0:00 - 23:59 KST" and thought maybe they are the issue - I deleted one of the expired coupons and all my "[M] 50% Discount Coupon" has gone, but rest of the expired coupons stayed.
Purchases was tried to be made during September 14, 2026 (Monday) 0:56 - 1:00 KST, as well as the tries of deleting expired coupons.
Please check this issue before your "Scheduled Temporary Maintenance September 15th, 2026", return my "[M] 50% Discount Coupon" coupons and allow me to buy "Purikura Street Jacket - Yellow Leopard" for 7 days using my "[M] 50% Discount Coupon". Thank you.
