I have been harassed for a second time by the same individual who previously threatened me—a player named "Bjoxes" (from the guild "PRADA"). This person is connected to the individual with whom I am currently having a conflict. I am now unable to log into the game, and I believe the person I am in conflict with is behind this, preventing me from accessing my account. Could the support team please investigate this matter?
