I have been trying to get you guys to give me the missing rewards for the New Constellation event that ended on September 3. It's been 43 days since the event ended; please send my rewards now.

I finally received a response to my ticket on September 29, saying all my rewards would be sent soon, but I still haven't received anything. Please investigate this already and send me all my missing rewards.

It's been 16 DAYS since you said my items would be sent in 2-3 days, and more than 40 DAYS since I should have gotten my rewards automatically in the first place.

Does no one on the team do their job? Don't you guys have systems in place for reward distribution, are you doing everything manually?!

-[Event] 20 Candy + Telescope Item (5x)(10 times)​
