First, my Membership Reward coupons disappeared, and now the exact same thing has happened to the Fashion Day coupons. It has been almost a month since I was supposed to be able to use my Membership Rewards properly. I am supposed to receive this month's rewards soon, but are they also going to fail and just disappear in the end?

What started as a single problem—non-functional VIP coupons—has now escalated into an issue that affects every single 50% discount coupon on my account!

For God's sake, fix this for me already. How much longer do I have to wait? @GM_Yassification
It's been 2 weeks since I got reply in 1:1, but no the solution of the issue.
