Wow, the first response to our problem in all this time from @GM_Seina. Congrats to us!
I followed the instructions - it didn't help. And you know why? Because the problem isn't with the client, or the patches, or the RAM, for heaven's sake.
No one can log into SPECIFIC accounts, yet from the same client and the same patch, people can log into other accounts just fine.
In-game, no one can view the profiles of these broken accounts, nor can enter their houses.
All of these broken accounts magically fix themselves after a Thursday server restart.
Even people with no background in software development can clearly see that the problem isn't on the client side. You're suggesting to submit a support ticket? My ticket, which has been pending for a week already, isn't enough? I can submit 10 more if that increases the chances of getting a response and actual help with this issue.
