Dear Game Team,

We are extremely disappointed with the recent changes to the seasonal crop and bear reward system.

Traditionally, players have been able to use previous crops to obtain their exclusive bears even after the month ended. This long-standing system became part of the housing experience and a major reason many players continued collecting and supporting the game.

Yet starting in July, this suddenly changed without a clear announcement.

Players continued spending resources in August and September, only to discover yesterday that previous crops could no longer produce their bears. Even worse, August's system was also affected by a configuration issue that prevented players from properly obtaining the August bear.

This is not simply a "misunderstanding." It is a serious issue of communication, transparency, and player trust.

If the rules are changing after years of established practice, players deserve a clear announcement before the change—not an explanation after players have already spent their resources.

The international server is already losing players. At this point, changes like this do not encourage people to stay—they make long-time players question whether the game is still interested in retaining them.

Please do not push away the players who have supported this game for years.

We strongly ask the team to restore the long-standing system:

• Previous crops should remain capable of producing their exclusive bears.

• The current month's crop can have a higher drop rate, while previous crops can have lower rates.

• Completely removing the possibility of obtaining previous bears is unreasonable, especially for a housing and collection system built on long-term engagement.

Most importantly, please provide clear rules and transparent drop rates. Players should never have to discover major changes or system limitations only after spending their resources.

Many international-server players stayed because of the memories, nostalgia, and traditions built over the years.

Please don't slowly destroy that loyalty.

We are not asking for easier rewards. We are asking for consistency, transparency, and respect for long-time players.

Please listen to your remaining players before more of them decide that it is simply no longer worth staying.
