Greetings C9 Actionist!
Server Maintenance has concluded and the game servers are now live! We appreciate everyone's kind patience and understanding.
Below are some of the changes that have been made in the game.

- Server Refresh
- Two-headed Dragon Changes
- New Binding Mechanism: Soul Binding
- New Sale Product
- Bug and Additional Modification
- Fixed a bug where player still triggers the CD Reset Effect in Hard Mode.
- Confirms a bug where Rhakdan's Elite Damage is working in Normal Mode of Two-headed Dragon. It will not work on Hard mode but only in Normal.
- C9 Client can now detect missing game files. Ea. Deleting Effect Folder file.
- Officially announcing last patch, fixed bug where it is now NOT allowed to combine the Durational +18 Guardian Hernad weapon with Hernad Hammer to make it Immortal without Duration.

Two-headed Dragon Changes
1. Two-headed Dragon Normal and Hard Difficulty Keys are now available to Event Manager Raleigh Everyday.
2. Two-headed Dragon Hard Difficulty Rewards (Uranus Conversion Heart) that can be use to Item Fusion to Fallen God Nepahi Equipments are now Bound to Account.
3. Friendship Store: Immortal Fallen God Nepahi Stone are now Bound to Account.
New Binding Mechanism: Soul Binding
1. Fallen God Nepahi Weapon and Armors changed from Bound Item to Soul Binding.
2. [Soul Binding] is a new binding state. When creating Fallen God Nepahi Equipments, it will be Bind on Equip and TradableBut when equiped, it will be Soul Binding
-for the players that have already created a FGN Equipments before this patch, it will stay Bound Item/Soul Bind and needs to use Soul Unbinding Book to make it tradable
3. Players can use Soul Unbinding Book to unbind the Fallen God Nepahi Equipment. However, the item mentioned are not available yet in the game. But we are officially announcing that unbinding Fallen God Nepahi Equipment will be available.
