Hello, Club M Star Operations Team!

I am writing to report that I am still constantly receiving the exact same error windows regarding my 50% discount coupons:

1. "Purchase failed due to payment error. Please try again, and if it persists, contact 1:1 support." — This happens when I try to use the 50% discount coupon for the first time.

2. "Coupon use failed." — This happens when I attempt to make the purchase a second time with the same coupon.

3. The Disappearance: After receiving these errors, the coupons completely vanish from my inventory as soon as I relog into the game or complete just one dance.

The system treats these coupons as if they have been "used," but in reality, they just disappear into a black hole without actually completing the purchase.

As I have urgently mentioned in my previous tickets, I am trying to buy the "Purikura Street Jacket - Yellow Leopard" (7 days). With the 50% discount coupon, it costs exactly 64 GCoins, which is the precise amount of GCoins currently available on my account. I have been locked out of purchasing this item for weeks due to this bug.

This is now an emergency because this jacket has a limited sale duration that ends on October 8th (10/08). Please manually fix this issue on my account or credit the jacket directly to my inventory and deduct the 64 GCoins before the item leaves the shop. I am running out of time due to a server-side error that is entirely out of my control.
