You can earn Coupons(purchase vouchers) by completing specific missions in the “Comeback to Mstar” event.

However, if your Coupon Box is already full (up to the maximum limit of 99 coupons), coupon items such as purchase vouchers earned as event mission rewards will not be awarded properly.

Expired coupons are also counted toward total coupon count, so please delete any expired coupons.

If you claim an event reward while your Coupon Box is full, the coupons will not be awarded, and even if you clear your Coupon Box afterward, you will not be able to reclaim that reward.

We recommend clearing out your Coupon Box before claiming event rewards.

Additionally, if you received a coupon as a reward for completing a mission but cannot find it in your Coupon box due to the reasons mentioned above, please clear out your Coupon Box and submit a 1:1 inquiry.

Based on the information you provide, we will verify your reward receipt and distributed history, and guide you through the necessary steps based on our findings.
