ORVVIT

I would like to report the unexpected removal of the Graffiti Pop Lucky Box from the Global server shop.

The box was removed without any prior notice, and the update announcement did not mention that it would only be available for a limited time. This has left players confused about why it was removed.

Furthermore, the Korean server offers this box as a permanent item in its shop. Why has the Global server removed it instead of keeping it available as well?

I kindly ask the team to investigate this issue, clarify the reason for its removal, and restore the Graffiti Pop Lucky Box to the Global shop as a permanent item, just as it is on the Korean server.

Thank you for your attention. I hope this issue will be addressed and that Global players will receive the same consideration as Korean server players.
