1. Event reward coupons not received (Coupon Box full)

If your Coupon Box is full (99 coupons, including expired coupons), event reward coupons cannot be received.

Please make sure to clear enough space in your Coupon Box (about 10 slots) by this Thursday, October 29.

All unreceived coupons will be delivered in bulk during the maintenance on Thursday.

2. Unable to enter the house after marriage

We have confirmed the issue where some players cannot enter their house after getting married, and a fix is scheduled.

We sincerely apologize for not being able to help you sooner.

3. Intermittent connection failures and disconnections

These issues were caused by malicious users intentionally overloading the server. We carried out server measures yesterday and will continue to monitor the situation closely for the time being.

4. Reports of macro, fishing, and other cheats

We have collected all reports received so far regarding macro cheats, fishing cheats, and other unfair play, and we are currently verifying the clear cases.
