It's been 3 whole weeks and the support team is lying to my face.

Not only they did not fix my issue it took them 2 weeks to give a fake response made by bots.

They did not fix my issue, I'm not getting any rewards from anything since 3rd of September and no matter what I do, It doesn't get fixed. 32bit /62 bit no matter. This is a server issue that only the development team can fix but to do that they must be informed first. And by not informing them the "Club M Star Operations Team" is actively ignoring and lying with their automated responses. This is called FRAUD. A fake response to not get into trouble with service regulations for not providing support to the customers/users/players in required time (mostly 14 days).

To not get into problems for international fraud laws they made this bot responses but fake responses are also considered FRAUD in many cases.

And don't forget: You can't blame your bots and AI's mistakes on anything or anyone else. You ARE responsible for giving the order to these Algorithms and therefore you are responsible for the outcome. You should have regulated better or regulated at all.

Hopefully higher ups shall be replaced immediately for these awful practices.
